Delivery

Indicative delivery charges will be shown once you have added at least one item to your basket. By default, these will be based on your location if you are logged in to your account, and for Great Britain, if not. You can override this by selecting the appropriate location in the dropdown underneath the basket.

The prices on this page are based on the cheapest available option. Other options may be available for your location for additional cost. If you're delivery is urgent, please contact me before ordering to discuss your options.

The information below is updated from time-to-time, based on infoirmation available to me. I provide it as a courtesy to potential clients. The definitive information remains on the ParcelForce website. As detailed in my terms and conditions, I reserve the right to modify delivery charges if the actual cost differs by more than 20% from the estimate. If I do this, you have the right to a full refund of any costs relating to physical goods you have already paid for.

Small items

Within the UK

I do not charge for delivery of small items to a UK address provided the total value of small items in the order is £75 or more. For other small item orders, I charge a flat rate of £8.

Outside the UK

For delivery of small items outside the UK, I use Parcel Force globalpriority (either globalpriority ROW or europriority as appropriate). Costs are based on a combination of the size and weight of the consignment, as summarised in the accordions below.

Commissions & variations

For commissions and variations, I will explicitly state the cost of delivery, which will almost certainly be free for small items, in our agreement. Any delivery will be included in the cost of the piece.

Furniture and other large items

For furniture and other large pieces, delivery will be a matter of negotiation between the two of us. You are welcome to collect, or to arrange collection of, your pieces from my workshop. Because of the length of time it may take me to complete your commission or order and the volatility of the cost of suitable third-party services providers, I can only provide an indicative estimate at the time of ordering. Final delivery arrangements, including costs, will be agreed - and must be settled - prior to delivery.
